I am Petra Holländer, an artist and illustrator from Vienna, Austria. I studied communication design at the University of Applied Arts Vienna and have been working as a freelance illustrator for several years. I am passionate about drawing, feminism, design, plants, colours, working out, my daily dose of caffeine, equality and human connection. I combine bold characters with organic shapes, vibrant colours and dynamic compositions to bring in a sense of joy and ease to current issues.
By supporting my clients with creative solutions, I help them to stand out, be seen and be understood. I translate concepts, stories and values into playful and striking visuals that are suitable for a variety of media - from murals, to editorial and commercial illustration.
